HEALTHY FOODS IN BORACAY
D’ Talipapa is one of the major sources of fresh seafoods , fruits and vegetables in Boracay. It’s located in Station two , central of Boracay island. It’s a must go place where you can choose the type of seafods you want. Buy then cook the way you want it.
For the first time, I saw live lobsters , crabs , oysters, shells and fish. We bought kilos of all types then in a restaurant nearby we requested them to cook the type of menu we wanted. It’s really healthy to eat fresh foods.But ,even if we eat fresh and healthy foods in Boracay we still need some innovative health products to stay young , pretty and energetic.
According to medical experts the actual food we eat is not enough to sustain our body’s needs. Everytime we are confronted with problems our stress level is rising that caused us to breakout , getting burn out. Would you believe that stress kills?
