Well, it’s truly an honor to met Madame Luneta,a successful U.S. Immigrant celebrating her Birthday party in Boracay. Relatives, friends flocked to welcome the balikbayan. Endless
sharing of happy childhood memories like the candy story, a unique
childhood memory that i cannot imagine her experiencing the fun. That
story was for me something money can’t buy. For one it happened when
Boracay was not yet inhabited with commercialism in the 50’s. No
electricity, no cable, no internet, no can goods, no junk
foods,nothing. All natural yet an ultimate place of a real haven of
peace , nature and tranquility.

That birthday party in Boracay was so meaningful for me given the
opportunity taking photos and joining the fun.That Endless fun-filled
night of laughter , singing and partying from 6pm to 5am was historic.
In spite of the rain guest were overwhelmed with the best Filipino
food, best wine, best salads and pastries as well as best fresh fruits.
Wow! I love the simplicity of Madame being the queen of the night .
The overflowing foods served like letson were all relatively inviting
that made me forget about my diet.In fact, I need to take some lipovox
food supplements to wash out unwanted toxins.

My business travel in Boracay Island. Philippines last January 20,2008 for my Real Estate venture about three months ago using my Briggs and Riley

luggages has brought me to a new level of personal achievement. In spite of the fact that I don’t know really what’s in store for me in Boracay but my gut feeling of the gold mine in the island was irresistible. Since I step on the island I spent sleepless nights contemplating about my abrupt decision to relocate.It’s a decision that even my family never ever expect to happen.

In 2004 about four years ago, out of my greatest despair God destined me to met my trusted friend since year 2001 Arelle Valla, the former Trainer,Sales & Marketing Director of Equus Philippines at Robinson’s Galleria Ortigas, Pasig , Philippines. The meeting was truly planned by God that way because she told me that she give up the Corporate life in the Networking business and was directly involved hands on with an Online business as co-owner of a Web Developing team. Her cousin Paul, was very successful doing his passion of working in the world wide web. Servicing 95% Foreign Corporations as Web Consultant / Web Developer and only 5% Filipino clients like Senator Mar Roxas website, where I was privileged to attend a meeting with the Senator’s mother at Aurora Tower, Quezon City courtesy of my greatest friend Arelle.The Superb Web Master planner is truly exceptional and dynamic. A great friend whose overflowing profitable ideas in business is like gold waiting to be digged out to earn you millions or even tons of money. He’s endowed with a money making machine brain that always spiced me up with new innovative brilliant ways to maximize my skill. He’s the sought after Web Developer and Partner of a billionaire in dollars from the U.S. Mr. Al Mccaw the Author of the “Ten Secrets of the Rich”.

Out of destiny, Paul and Arelle shared brilliant ideas that kept me excited and sleepless since that time. It’s about doing business Online wherein you are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Manpower is low and inventory is low as well. From that meeting in 2004, I started learning few lessons about the internet world. Others in our portfolio are all for long term business plans ready for implementation.

As clear as the crystal blue green sea of Boracay Island, Philippines we envisioned things that we want to achieve two to four years from 2004. To be of service to Tourists, Overseas Contract Workers (OFW) and the consumers is our goal. To serve and earn a little of something after extending services or products were part of our brainstorming. I was really overwhelmed with excitement after we talk and discuss things because I was able to visualize living in abundance, prosperity and luxury in the future. The end results were so precise that even if I need to rest due to illness I survived in 2007 I kept thinking about our plans. That goal in business gives me a new lift of hope. It’s something that made me felt good. I was then happy and excited that even if capital money was not there I thought of working in the Real Estate to save the seed money we need , to start our Online projects. No matter what it takes we intend to do the business because we want to achieve the abundant life we want not just for ourselves but for our love ones as well. Our immediate family who needs our financial support serves as our inspiration.

We kept testing the market and January 20, 2008 incredibly I was in Boracay Island fishing out Real Estate prospects for Crown Regency Resort and Convention Center. True enough my Cable work exposure with Paradise Cable TV Network and increasing popularity courtesy of Boracay Times Newspaper as Writer / Journalist/ Marketing leads me to met Lope ‘Paul “ Amacio , the new Resident Manager of Boracay Breeze Resort Hotel who introduced me to Madame Beth Sullano, the owner. From that moment, things changed abruptly. The wishful thinking now became a reality. That valuable spark of brilliant idea has now conquered the virtual world maximizing each of the skills that each of the team player has, to make things work effectively.

Armed with special skills , genuine love of the business, honesty ,integrity and marketing expertise, our initial meeting in Manila April 2008 finalizes the plan and immediately we decided to discuss the detail May 3-6, 2008 in Boracay. The web genius and experts Arelle and Paul B. purposely went to Boracay to plan out Boracaystations. Special thanks to the full financial support entrusted to us by Madame Beth for her unselfish financial investment and the warm welcome of her husband Sir Boy and the Sullano family.To mention their pretty and smart children Shelley, Shane and Mark. Special thanks to sir Boy’s sister Madame Luneta and mother for being so kind to the boracaystations money makers team. Of course the kindness of sir Fermin in accommodating us in his hotel as well as the trust and support of Lope “Paul” Amacio, his manager. If not with them things will not be possible.

During the planning stage, Arelle made an excellent PowerPoint presentation while Paul B. showed the successful online booking website he has right now in Baguio ,“transcienthomes”. We made the basic budgeting and planning to concretize our vision to provide an ultimate Travel package for Boracay tourist and guests. We wanted to capture and position the demands for 2010 when tourist influx in Boracay is expected to reach as high as one million.

Giving higher Hotel occupancy for Boracaystations listed Resorts were our goal besides helping resort owners gets International exposure. It will be an ultimate Online booking reservation website, on hotel accommodations and sea sports adventure. The major goal is to answer the needs about Online exposure, Online presence, strategic ONLINE Marketing and getting more guests to small resorts in the island. It means increase of revenues and PROFIT to Hotels and Resorts. It will be fully operational June 18, 2008 as soon as we can upload the pictures and content. It’s totally a Win-Win situation to Hotel Operators and Boracaystations, the hotel’s total marketing partner online.

The Five man team; Paul Barrera, Arelle Valla, Luzette Romanillas, Lope “Paul” Amacio and Madame Beth Sullano intend to optimize and maximize hotel online exposure by mobilizing our marketing force. We already have the support group; Tina Gonzales, Shane Yacob and John Mark Apacio to fully assist the leg work of the project. Attending parties in Boracay Island , Philippines means forgetting your diet but maintaining your figure. Yes, one can savor palatable foods while enjoying the party without worrying about the quantity of calories consumed. Because most Boracay foods includes sea foods like rare spicy tuna, crabs, prawns, lobster or some lettuce salads , pasta and lechon.

The favorite of all time includes oysters ,in Boracay known as “talaba”, the natives call it aphrodisiac’s.It’s best served baked with mozzarella cheese or just steamed. Wow!! I love oysters eaten fresh with vinegar soak with garlic. Yummy !!! Many tourists consumed oysters in tons, including me.

The best oyster in Boracay I tasted,was the special menu I discovered at Pearl of the Pacific during my dinner meeting together with the owner Mr. & Mrs Greg & Malou Sanson.Thanks for their hospitality, kindness and warm accommodation.I will always treasure the quality time we talked. Their success as a hotelier since the 80’s in Boracay is an epitome of success worth emulating.

Anyway, the rare taste is unforgettable. We consume almost all food and in fact, my friend immediately took some Phentermine to burn calories after enjoying the Reggae Party.

In the 70’s only a few people lived in Boracay Island, Philippines. It was really a haven of real peace and tranquility. Everything was simple and natural. No roads, No commercial centers, No party place,No electricity, No entertainment,No Internet, No Hotels and Resorts.Nothing!

The first group of tourist who discovered Boracay Island were the Europeans. The Germans come in troops with their backpack . The Properties during that time were occupied mostly by the natives called “ati”.They lived simply doing fishing as their way of living.

An island of about 13,000 population, Boracay Island , Philippines is perfectly unique with it’s hospital facilities structured purposely to handle minor medical cases. It’s located in the main road of Boracay island along Manggayad, Boracay Island.

A tourist friend from Cyprus, Greece ” Takis”, who visited the island March 2008 felt chest pain like angina while exploring Boracay. Good enough a good friend Mitz of DMCI homes was there and she brought him to the hospital for some check up.Well, it was just stress.Maybe because of spending too much time partying in the busy long beach of Boracay. Supposedly Takis is not allowed to sleep late. But because of too much fun and beautiful sight he cannot help himself but explore and sleep late.He never missed a single minute of his time having fun here. And It was Great !! He had good memories in Boracay except of the chest pain.

It was great Boracay is equipped with hospital facilities. In fact , I saw the potential of putting up some drug treatment center in Mount Luho where patients can enjoy the scenery while undergoing theraphy.
