Our talents, skills, expertise and even love partners, business associates, friends or business connections are God’s Gifts to us. God’s manifestations of love to us are immeasurable that it allows us to choose the kind of life we want, the type of person we like or the brand of material preferences we buy.

Basically, we base giving gifts to the world’s standards of material things. Only a few appreciate love, peace of mind, knowledge, health or happiness as a form of gift. We never realize that material possessions are nothing. It’s useless when you’re not happy and at peace. When you’re sick, you cannot enjoy life. You cannot do things you wanted to do. You are tied up with the tiring medication process. Thus, everything around us is God’s gift to us. So, we should appreciate everything and take care of these things. Value our family especially our parents when they are still around since when they’re gone what’s done cannot be undone. Before it’s too late make sure to give them attention, love and care. Obey our parents just as we honor God.

In this generation we judge a person by the kind of material possessions we own. Just like giving gifts, people want a branded material thing as a gift. We always presume that giving gifts is directly proportional to any kind or form of material thing. True enough it’s difficult to know what you really want in life as a gift. What is it that makes you happy? We are all guided by the world’s standard and we base our choices by the the trend and influence brought to us by the media or from the people around us, our friends. In my case I love giving gifts to my family and friends something that are valuable and unique. I consider things like appliances, gadgets like cellular phones, laptop or DVD and useful things like cufflinks, t-shirts, shoes , traveling bags and school supplies as best gifts to people special to us. Things that are very important, very useful and of value are always appreciated.

My stay in Boracay island, Philippines was really remarkable. It allows me to view life differently. I felt God’s blessings and presence when He destined me to be with extraordinary friends I consider very valuable and awesome, my great friends. Like diamond each of them are precious to me because their kindness and friendship are immeasurabble.

As the saying goes , you will know who your real friends are in times of lack,trouble,sorrow or need.They are the ones who never hesitate to lend a helping hand, took time to listen and share a shoulder to cry on.They are Arelle Valla my bestfriend,prayer warrior and mentor, Ate Janet Borja my critic and fashion icon ate, Zed Go-aco my buddy,great moral supporter, Madame Cora Quizon,my great encourager ,my mentor in the health and wellness industry and Rene Rodriquez,the coolest,kind and humble multi-talented kuya,the comedian and the best chef in the group. Through thick and thin they are always there to pray for me, inculcate change in style to attract positive energy in our lives, bring in blessings , prosperity and teach good lessons in life.Everyday they kept on reminding me that God is faithful to His promise. God will prosper us with purpose for as long as we are obedient to is commandment.These trusted friends are rare like gold very valuable tested by experience. A complete team of exceptional expertise.

Somehow, among my friends the amazing extraordinary person I salute for his superb skills and creativity in cooking is Rene Rodriquez. I call him kuya Rene as respect to a very dignified person. He can cook simple fish into hotel type palatable food.Take note with decoration that match his menu. A rare skill. Everytime he cooks food I like assisting hoping that someday I will learn part of his extraordinary skill. My assignment after he cooked is clean up utensils , the Kohler sinks, the plates and the glasses.

True enough our friendship is not just entrepreneurial but lifetime business partnership as well. Officially as early as now, we are planning to invest a Boracay property, build a corporate house and expand to a lot of businesses we love to do with passion , purpose and need. Do things that we like to explore.The bottomline is , we will establish a business empire that we love and enjoy doing. Cool… because life is meaningful and fulfilling when you are happy in what you are doing.

Eating the right kind of food like fruits and vegetables, exercising like jogging,brisk walking, daily praise,meditation, worship to God and getting enough rest and sleep at least eight hours a day guarantees a healthy lifestyle. It’s a balance lifestyle required if you want to live longer.

Why? Because too much of anything is disastrous. Like work,business,alcohol, food,cigarettes and wine when you do it too much, it can kill you.In fact, a lot of people abuse their health. Like me before,in eight years I worked like there was no tomorrow. Lack of sleep and super stressed lifestlyle brought me to the brink of near death.It’s a lesson to learn. Thanks God He saved me and give me a new lease of life.

Somehow, why do you think that we abuse our health in expense of our lives just to accomplish task assigned or achieve goals and visions? For me, It’s because I am workaholic. I love to work and work as if there was no tomorrow.In my case, success is addicting. I love to achieve a lot of things. I want to maximize my potentials. I never stopped not until I achieved my targets.But would you believe that, being successful doesn’t guarantee a happy life? You can buy what you want but at the end of the day, life is empty.Our lives is a journey of endless struggle. Our work never ends. After a task there comes another and so on.It’s a cycle it never ends.

Hardwork and sacrifice are excellent values and working ethics but too much of it is considered as addiction. Psychologically,It’s a form of habit and attitude that should be corrected before things get off hand. Before you will suffer cancer or any form of deadly diseases.Similar to abuse in drugs that caused drug addiction it needs medical attention.In the United States it’s normal to be confined for addiction treatment.Most people that suffers addiction to anything is having some emotional imbalance. They hide their emotional pain by abusing their bodies through working hard or engaging in vices.

In my case my dream gift is a diamond ring.For me, its an achievement to own diamond jewelry like necklace,earrings,bracelets and rings because diamonds are forever. It symbolize true love, respect and affection. It last forever. In fact, its a status symbol to wear diamond because its an expensive jewelry.

Sports cars’ performance in terms of speed are always exceptional. In my case, I truly enjoyed the breathtaking ride I had with a Nissan 200 SX , a two door sports car in 1997.It was my first unforgettable ride when I was connected with the car industry. I was speechless all throughout that ride and I felt so scared. My kness were shaking and my heart beats so fast. So fast yet so elegant,that was the concept of the unit.

In fact,only a few all over the world owns a sports car. Most of them are the car racers or the young teenagers. Normally, its their hobby to get involved in a high risked sports that drove them crazy owning a sports car.For single young men, owning a sports car is an achievement considering its high maintenance and purpose.

Nevertheless,young riders involved in car racing are fearless. They drove their cars as if they are the king of the road. Their cars speed up like jet planes. Well, most cars designed for car racing are upgraded. The mag wheels were change to look very sporty,the colors are so brilliant to capture the audience and the car spoiler helps the car drove fast because of the wind that easily slides all over the body of the car.This form of technique intensifies the speed of the car. For some the bigger the spoiler the faster the speed. So, it varies depending on the taste of the car owner.

For the first time of my life, I was able to explore Boracay island and discovered one of the best golf course of the country, Fairways and Blue Waters. In 1985 to 1989 when I was an Academic Full Scholar of the Mindanao State University in Tawi-Tawi, Philippines I was puzzled how my Professor in General Education handle his alcoholism crisis. He cannot lived each day without getting drunk.

His addiction to Alcoholic drinks were exceptional. Imagine! everyday as he woke up ,immediately he got a bottle of Gilbey’s gin or Tanduay Rum. Exceptional, his substitute for coffee were Hard liquor. For me , he is not in a normal state . Because its not usual to encounter a person always drunk everyday consistently.

What a pity? Isn’t it? For me he needs alcohol rehab. Why? Because alcoholism is a form of addiction that requires medical attention. It shows that he has a psychological problem that needs to be treated. A person hooked in too much alcohol drinking show signs of emotional problem caused by family separation, rejection,frustration and influence from friends. True enough , his wife separated from him because she could no longer bear the situation.

It was a very remarkable experience in my noble career in the car industry way back 1996 to 1997 being assigned in the four wheel drive better known as 4×4. Up to now I can’t forget my first sale, Nissan Terrano bought by a lady bank Manager from Marikina, Mrs. Santos. She looked so smart driving her new Nissan Terrano. By then, it drove me no end to envision myself owning a four wheel drive brand new car as well.

Definitely, after I delivered the unit, I wanted to own a Nissan Terrano. My dream car is not the usual car like Nissan Sentra, Mitsubishi Lancer, Toyota Vios, Ford Focus etc, but a 4×4 Nissan X-trail. Yes! That’s my dream car… Nissan X-trail wow! I love Service Unit Vehicles or known as SUV. Its performance is amazing! All power and durable, plus sporty elegant look.

The memories imprinted in my mind are so clear and precise that one day I’ll own a 4×4 vehicle. In fact, from Nissan Terrano in 1996 now I believe that I’ll own my new Nissan X-trail car, color white this year 2008. Aside from proven performance and Elegant looks the most essential is itsl excellent Calsonic aircon. For me no other brand can match Nissan car aircon. It’s the trademark of Nissan having a Calsonic aircon that is incomparable. Since Philippines is so hot, we need a car that guarantees comfort, durability and performance.

However, durability means total care to your car. The basic step is to do regular change oil. Daily cleaning up in a car wash and diligently putting on a car cover that protects your car from extreme heat when park. More or less performance of your car totally depends on how you limit loading up. For sure, overloading is disastrous. It lessens the life span of your car.
